WimTix Alert

Questions

Frequently asked questions about WimTix Alert

How can you alert me before tickets are released?

Our AI engine predicts release windows from six years of historical Wimbledon release data, with accuracy up to 95%, so you get a head start. We also monitor continuously, so the instant a ticket is live we send a direct email alert.

What does the AI actually use?

Historical release patterns since 2019 plus live signals: the weather forecast over SW19, the order of play and live match progress, and per-court demand (seedings, British hopefuls, the rivalries).

Can I pick exactly which courts and days I want?

Yes. After checkout you choose your courts and days, like Centre Court in week two or No.1 Court for the quarter-finals, and our AI engine only alerts you on those windows.

When do Wimbledon tickets drop?

Returned tickets are released throughout the day at random times during the fortnight. Our AI engine predicts the most likely windows so you're ready, and our monitor catches everything else continuously.

What exactly do I get?

An alert the moment any ticket becomes available for the courts and days you've selected, with a direct link to the Wimbledon site, and the why behind it (Alert Reasoning).

Is this affiliated with Wimbledon?

No. We're an independent monitoring and prediction service. Always purchase tickets directly on wimbledon.com.

How long do alerts stay active?

Through the Wimbledon 2026 men's final (~13 July 2026). One-time payment, no subscription.

How does pricing work?

One simple plan at £10 covers all 4 show courts for the first 8 days of the tournament. You can add individual finals days (£1 each, days 9 to 14) and upgrade refresh speed (free 5-minute checks, £2 for 1-minute, £5 for 5-second real-time). You only pay for what you actually want.

Do I have to add finals days?

No. The £10 base plan already includes the first 8 days. Finals days (Quarter-Finals through the Men's Final) are optional add-ons at £1 each — pick only the ones you'd actually attend.

What does the speed upgrade actually do?

It changes how often our system checks for new tickets. 5-minute checks are the default and free. 1-minute checks (+£2) and 5-second checks (+£5) get you alerts sooner and put you in a higher-priority send lane when many people are being notified at once.

Can I change my courts and days?

Yes, at any time, from the manage link in any alert we send you.

Refunds?

We want to be upfront and friendly about this: all payments are final and we don't offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds under any circumstances. Monitoring, alert routing and infrastructure are committed on your behalf the moment you sign up, so once checkout is complete the work has already begun. By signing up you're accepting our no-refund policy, and our team is always happy to help you get the most out of your alerts.
